HOW OUR IT SUPPORT WORKS

You gain access to our team of engineers by taking out an Enterprise Technical Support Agreement (ETSA) with us. You don’t need to worry about ensuring you have the right skills and expertise to support your systems in-house as we ensure all our technical support staff are fully trained and certified.

You just need to understand how much support you require each month and purchase a technology agreement with a set number of support hours.

When you need technical assistance, you simply submit a new request through our Service Desk by phone, email or web portal and our Service Desk will assign the next available engineer to contact you to provide technical support.
