This service has been designed for any business who needs a remote IT Team to support their day-to-day business IT needs.

HOW OUR IT SUPPORT WORKS

Our Business Essentials works by purchasing a retainer agreement with us based on the coverage, service level and number of support hours required each month.

When you need technical assistance, you simply submit a new request through our service desk via phone, email or the web portal and our Service Desk assign the next available engineer to contact you to provide technical support.
