About our Agreements

Our Complete Agreements offer you a fully managed IT Service. We offer unlimited support that will help with all aspects of IT support from desktop support to server and network maintenance. In addition our Infrastructure and Desktop Care Plans are fully included so you can be confident your IT is taken care of.

We work on the basis that you set an amount per user in your organisation. There is a minimum number of 250 users required for our complete support, but don’t worry if you do not have 250 users as our Business Essentials offering would be ideal alternative for your business.
